Following last years ground breaking DRM (Pt.1) single Visionquest’s Ryan Crosson and Cadenza’s Cesar Merveille team up to create a full length album that is the ground breaking heavily praised label label’s first album release. DRM is a somic delight threading the divide between cutting edge dance music and lushly experimental electronica, invoking along the way the history of musical minimalism from the avant-garde composers of the 60s to the downtown New York of the 80s. Evoking elements of electronica, deep house, jazz, minimalism and down-tempo, they have successfully created a timeless, evocative album of psychedelic Balearic beauty.

The album features Montreal based vocalist Banana Lazuli, French Classical musician Arthur Simonini and Chicago’s own Kate Simko. Fans of Nicholas Jaar, Four Tet, Ricardo Villalobos and Steve Reich will find great favour in this wonderfully executed debut album by Merveille & Crosson.
